Terms and Conditions for Refer Your Friends and Neighbors Incentive Program


You (as the “Referrer”) are agreed to our Refer Your Friends and Neighbors Incentive Program ("RYFN"), and our Terms and Conditions. Referrer requires to submit its email and Qualified Friends and Neighbors ("Referral" and as defined below) emails. you may be eligible to receive Referral Rewards ("Reward" and as defined below). All personal information associated with the RYFN shall be collected, processed and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  1. Eligibility  Eligibility for the RYFN is for everyone, including both new, existing, and non-customers. RYFN may NOT be used for any affiliate lead generation purposes.

  2.  How the RYFN Works:

    1. Referrer must visit qcdogwalking.com/refer, follow the instructions contained therein, and provide the required information.

    2. Referral must be a Qualified Referral (as defined below)

    3. Receive your Reward. Also with each Reward, you will receive an additional entry for a chance to win our monthly giveaways

  3.  Qualified Referral:  A Qualified Referral requires that all of the following conditions are met:

    1. To qualify, Referral must be residents in the Brooklyn area, and in our servicing areas. Regardless of numbers of pets, the limit is one (1) Referral per household, per zip code. Referral and Referrer must mention each other's name at the start.

    2. Referral must purchase either a 10-Pack or 20-Pack dog walks package, or other listed Prepaid Packages.

    3. No solo walks.  All purchases by a Referral are not refundable.

    4. Purchases of packages as gifts do NOT qualify in any ways.

    5. Referral must be a new customer, i.e. they have not previously purchased any products or services from us. Such status will be determined in QCDogWalking Services' sole discretion.

    6. The referred client is also eligible to purchase a discounted Introductory Offer.

    7. Add-on pets to an existing client's pet are excluded from this program

  4.  Rewards: You may receive Reward for each Referral you send us as conditioned here.

    1. Regardless of the number of pets, Referrer may only receive one (1) Reward per Referral per household, per zip code; in other words, Referrer are only eligible for one (1) Reward per Referral, and so additional/repeat purchases made by your Referral do not qualify for additional Reward.

    2. You must claim your Reward within thirty (30) days, by providing us with information for us to transfer funds to you.

    3. Subsequently, you will be emailed a notification that you have one (1) Reward for each verified Qualified Referral.

    4. Rewards are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or given to anyone else.

  5. Fraudulent Activity: Please respect the RYFN Incentive Program by only referring real individuals who meet our requirements, and help you to earn your Rewards. We reserves the right to void any Rewards and take any action we deem reasonably necessary if we suspect of any fraudulent. For instance, having multiple email addresses or identities in order to refer your friends and neighbors, or refer the same people via multiple accounts, is a violation of the RYFN rules, and may result in us taking action, including terminating your referral and any Rewards you have earned.

  6. Marketing Emails: By participating in this RYFN Incentive Program, you are agreeing to receive our marketing emails to the email address you provide to us. If you wish to stop receiving these emails at any time, please opt out using the link at the bottom of the relevant email or by emailing us. 

  7. Right to Cancel RYFN Incentive Program or Change Terms. We reserve the right to modify or amend the RYFN Incentive Program, or any part of such, at any time and for any reason. We may also deny your participation at any time if we have any reason to believe that you are not in compliance with our Terms and Conditions.
